ARTES 1 Final Presentation Days, 13-14 January 2016
The ARTES 1 Final Presentation Days for 2016 will take place at ESA/ESTEC – Noordwijk, The Netherlands on the 13th and 14th of January 2016.
ESA hosts this annual session to disseminate the results of ARTES 1 activities to interested parties from within the ESA member states.
ARTES 1 represents the strategy element of ESA’s Satellite Telecommunications programme and focuses on: defining market opportunities; regulatory barriers; standards; future frequency spectrum needs; as well as economic and business issues related to the development of future satellite telecommunications concepts and technologies.
The Final Presentation Days represent a unique opportunity to gain a complete overview of recently completed ARTES 1 activities, and discuss them with colleagues from ESA and across the satellite telecommunications sector. Given the broad range of activity covered by ARTES 1, presentations will be made at a level to be accessible to participants from across the sector.
